Airport Grade™ Asphalt Driveway Crack Filler

Surface Preparation

Thoroughly clean cracks from dust, dirt or other loose materials using a broom.

Application

Hold finger on cap and shake well. Remove cap and squirt Black Knight Asphalt Driveway Crack Filler into minor cracks when temperature is over +5°C (40°F) and the weather is dry. For deep cracks squeeze one application of liquid Black Knight Crack Filler into cracks and add fine sand to approximately 6mm (1/4") from the surface. Complete by filling with Crack Filler. Overfill cracks to allow for evaporation.

Drying Time

Dependant on wind, temperature and relative humidity. Under normal conditions at 21°C (70°F) and 55% RH. Allow 1 - 2 days for cure and leave 48 hours before applying driveway sealer.

Wise Tips

1. Maximum crack dimensions should not exceed 6mm (1/4"). Black Knight Pot Hole Filler is recommended for use in cracks larger than 6mm (1/4") in width or depth and for use in heavy vehicular traffic areas.

2. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours or if temperature is expected to drop bellow 5°C (40°F). Do not apply to frozen or frosted surfaces.

Coverage

Each 3.78L bottle will fill 86m (282ft) based on a 6mm x 6mm (1/4" by 1/4") crack.

Clean Up

Use soap and water while compound is still fresh.

CAUTION

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact flush thoroughly with water and consult a physician immediately.
