Manufactured with a unique process that blends, extrudes and bonds synthetic elastomers and resins into a high-strength plastic film, Rub'R-Nek® External Concrete Joint Wrap self-heals against punctures and offers excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability.
